Please note: Due to high Christmas order volumes, deliveries are taking longer than usual. Rest assured, all orders are being processed and dispatched - we're working around the clock to get your ThermaBoots to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience during this busy festive period. For order updates or tracking information, email cs@thermafits.com and our team will respond within 24 hours.

How long will shipping take?

All orders are dispatched within 1–5 working days, depending on current order volume. We’re experiencing high demand, but we aim to get every order out on time with the care and speed our customers deserve.

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our partners and typically takes 3–5 working days to arrive.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

My tracking number doesn't work

Tracking numbers typically activate once your parcel is scanned at the courier depot or on the day of delivery. Many carriers don't update tracking until delivery is attempted. For current order status, check our 'Track Your Order' page or contact cs@thermafits.com with any questions.

My order is late

Delayed deliveries are frustrating, we get it. That's why we do everything possible to prevent them and will notify you immediately if any issues arise with your courier. Expect extended shipping times during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) our delivery estimates are always kept current. If your parcel doesn't arrive, contact cs@thermafits.com and we'll sort it out.

I want to cancel my order

If your order has not been dispatched then we can cancel and issue a full refund.

If you order has been dispatched then unfortunately we are unable to recall it. 

Once your parcel arrives we are more than happy to help out with the full refund process.

I ordered the wrong size

Order not dispatched yet:

Email cs@thermafits.com immediately with your order number and correct size - we can change it before shipping.

Order already dispatched:

Place a new order for the correct size and return the wrong size once received for a full refund. Contact cs@thermafits.com for return instructions.

Order is marked delivered but nothing has arrived

Shop app sometimes marks parcels as delivered early or shows wrong dates.

Please check with household members, neighbours, and safe places thoroughly.
