So I have skeptical about these boots from the day I first see them advertised
But though ok lets give them ago as I need a dry pair of boots for dog walks
On 1st receiving the boots look very nice and I love the concept but the quality a little below what I would expect for this price boot
The fur lining is very thin and the sol is also on the thin side they are comfatable but would be happier if they were more cushioned and had a thicker sol they grip well on normal ground and wet grass but fail if the ground muddy and wet and you will slip they have kept my feet dry so far and there nice and wide so plenty room will see how long they last with wear as only had them a few days but feel there a little pricey for what they are
I absolutely love this thermal boots so much. It is so lightweight and walk comfortable with my dog in the rainy weather and black icy, perfect anti slip boots, wow fantastic. Oh and, these boots are very waterproof, warm and soft. No socks needed (thumb up)
As a Professional Dog Walker of 13yrs I've gone through my fair share of footwear. I have to say I was dubious when ordering these boots but I have to say it's the best decision I've ever made.
I received them just before Christmas and started to use then in the New Year they are so comfortable and keep my feet warm and dry all day long in the snow, I've even tested them on ice and didn't slip once.

When I first put them on I was impressed with the fit and comfort. I have taken my dog for a walk in the muddy fields and my feet were warm and dry . They are so comfortable and light to walk in .
Best purchase I was skeptical at first but i was bought a pair. They are comfy waterproof slip proof exactly as described. Love them they are great for work and i work on a care farm. Kept my feet dry and didnt slip on the mud over the winter.
Only thing I was sad about was not getting my free gloves and response I got.
Unfortunately, I’ve had a poor experience with these boots. Within just two months, the left shoe started leaking, which I don’t consider acceptable at this price.
Customer services responded:
“After reviewing your order, we see that it was delivered over two months ago. Based on the timeframe and the nature of the issue described, the damage appears to be consistent with normal wear and tear… the product is no longer eligible for a replacement or refund under our 30-day return policy.”
I don’t agree that this qualifies as normal wear and tear after such a short time. I raised this, but the company has since stopped responding.
Very disappointing overall, and I regret purchasing them.
Update – 21/03/26
Within 24 hours of submitting this review and raising a dispute with my credit card provider, I received an email confirming that a refund has been initiated. I am hopeful that this will now be processed successfully.
The right boot remained waterproof, and both were comfortable and warm to wear. It’s a real shame, therefore, that I encountered the issues mentioned above

Nothing but scammers, sent boots back, keep emailing them asking where my refund is, they are not responding to any of my emails , so they have there boots back and have kept my money,
Nothing but thieves , I have informed trading standards, do not order these, read all the comments on trust pilot, as the reviews on here are 99% fake!!!!
I bought my first pair and was desperate to wear them as my Merrill waterproof walking boots are Not waterproof. These are most definitely waterproof but I ordered a UK size 5 and they are at least a UK size 6 and have noticed that the sole is stamped with a 5 but also a 39, which is a size 6. As I've worn them twice I can't ask for an exchange but will give them to a friend as my feet slide around in them.
The boots are very comfy and have kept my feet warm and dry.
The sizing seems to be a little off and I think a size smaller would have been better for me. Nothing a thick pair of socks can't sort though

The 3 pairs of boots were received back to you on the 23rd December 2025 which you confirmed and said my refund had been processed and would take 5 days to appear in my bank account. I allowed extra time due to the bank holidays, I have replied to all emails you have sent and now you have stopped replying to my emails, which I find totally unacceptable. I have kept the receipt from royal mail as proof of my posting and your receiving.
When they arrived, I thought "what have I bought!"
I have worn them for the first time today to do the horses. It is -3 degrees, so very cold for the UK.
3 hours later, my feet are still warm and dry, even though I look like a duck in them!

I ordered a UK size 5 which is Euro 38 and got sent a Euro 40 and my husband’s boots were too small. I have had to pay out to return them for an exchange. Plus the original boots did not arrive in time for Christmas.
I went for a sixe 11 UK which is 1 size bigger than I normally get but they were stil to small. Also I ordered 2 black and 1 Tan but gor 2 tan and 1 black
